St. Regis Tamuda Bay launches exclusive Lagree wellness retreat

The Lagree wellness retreat will take place from September 11 to 13 at The St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort, Tamuda Bay, in partnership with SIX Lagree & Wellness. The initiative reflects the resort’s strategy to strengthen its wellness offering through immersive experiences that combine fitness, recovery, and relaxation on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast.

Set along the shores of Tamuda Bay, the retreat will provide guests with a curated stay focused on movement and well-being. Participants will benefit from accommodation at the resort, daily breakfast at Baie Blanche Brasserie, access to the outdoor pool, private beach, sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness facilities.

Developed with Casablanca-based SIX Lagree & Wellness, the program introduces a premium approach to fitness centered on strength, mobility, precision, and body control. Guests will take part in small-group Lagree sessions led by two certified instructors, ensuring personalized guidance throughout the experience.

Lagree is a high-intensity training method built around slow, controlled movements designed to keep muscles under constant tension. The practice aims to improve strength, stability, and muscle tone while minimizing impact on the joints. Its growing popularity reflects increasing demand for fitness concepts that combine performance and recovery within a single discipline.

Beyond the training sessions, the retreat has been designed as a comprehensive wellness experience. From morning routines overlooking the Mediterranean to recovery periods and leisure activities throughout the resort, each element has been structured to promote balance and relaxation.

The initiative also highlights evolving trends in luxury hospitality, where travelers increasingly seek experiences that integrate health, fitness, and personalized services into their stays. By combining the St. Regis hospitality experience with the expertise of SIX Lagree & Wellness, the resort aims to attract guests looking for exclusive wellness-focused escapes.

Two accommodation packages will be available. The first option includes a one-night stay from September 11 to 12 with two training sessions per participant. The second offers a two-night stay from September 11 to 13 and includes three training sessions. Participation remains limited to preserve the intimate format of the program.

Depending on schedules and availability, the retreat may also feature complementary activities such as Power Pilates, mobility stretching sessions, and full-body circuits. These disciplines are designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, and recovery while complementing the intensity of Lagree training.

Reservations are open, subject to accommodation availability and class capacity limits.
