Sixty-eight companies now carry the Sustainability Label of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI). Fourteen of them were added at ADIPEC 2026, the Chamber announced in a statement on Thursday, Nov. 5.

The firms were ranked in four tiers. Gold went to two companies: Akwad Tech Network Websites Designing LLC and NMDC Energy. Gulf Extrusion Automotive and Industries was the only Silver recipient. Three names made up the Bronze tier: Bynouna Gene Solutions, Day 21 Honey and Black Hole General Trading Sole Proprietorship LLC OPC.

Eight more firms received Appreciation recognition. They were ESAC Group, AJMS LG Consulting LLC, Maintex Interiors and General Maintenance, Dan Contracting and General Maintenance LLC, Taqeef Middle East Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trading LLC SPC, Synergy Healthcare Facilities Management LLC, Transportr and Winner Consulting Engineers.

Logistics, healthcare and food production firms are among this year’s recipients. So are companies in construction, energy services, technology, manufacturing and professional services.

The programme combines evaluation, training and ongoing improvement, according to the Chamber. It lets companies measure how they perform on ESG criteria (environmental, social and governance) and find their weak points. It also helps them build the skills they need.

“Today’s recognition acknowledges the tangible progress these companies have made in integrating sustainability into their operations and their commitment to advancing their corporate practices,” said Ali Mohamed Al Marzooqi, the Chamber’s Director-General. He said the Chamber wants the label to reach more businesses. It hopes further private-sector firms will adopt practices that make them more competitive.

The label has already won an award of its own. At the 10th Abu Dhabi Sustainable Business Leadership Awards, it was named Best Sustainability Initiative. Those awards are run by the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Group, which belongs to the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi.
