Roche Bobois Maroc brought architects and interior specifiers together at two events in Marrakech and Rabat over the past week to present its new collection, with the Ovalia armchair as the featured piece.
The first gathering took place on Thursday, October 29, at the brand’s Marrakech showroom. It was the second edition of “Matières et Merveilles”, organised with Acacia Decor, a company specialising in high-end wall coverings. The first edition had been staged in Casablanca, at La Villa Roche Bobois Anfa.
The Marrakech meeting took the form of an afterwork evening with a dinner cocktail, gathering architects, specifiers and partners. Acacia Decor used the occasion to show new references and ranges of coverings, including a selection designed for the Marrakech market. The wallpaper inside the showroom itself was produced by the company.
Acacia Decor also announced plans to open a branch in Sidi Ghanem, in Marrakech, scheduled for early 2027, to bring it closer to professionals in the region.
Two days later, on Saturday, October 31, Roche Bobois Maroc hosted its partner architects at a design brunch in its historic Rabat showroom. Guests were again introduced to the new collections, led by Ovalia, and discussed trends and sources of inspiration in contemporary design.
