Bilal Khnous scores as Stuttgart beat Bayer Leverkusen 4-2 away
Bilal Khnous scored Stuttgart’s third goal in a 4-2 Bundesliga win at Bayer Leverkusen, his second league goal this season after eight matches.

Moroccan international Bilal Khnous found the net on Saturday as Stuttgart won 4-2 at Bayer Leverkusen’s BayArena in the eighth round of the Bundesliga.
Bilal Khnous struck in the 51st minute, early in the second half, restoring Stuttgart’s two-goal cushion. The goal takes his league tally this season to two in eight Bundesliga appearances.
The visitors made a fast start. Ermedin Demirović opened the scoring after 14 minutes, and Jamie Leweling doubled the lead eight minutes later. Patrik Schick pulled one back for Leverkusen in the 28th minute, leaving the score at 2-1 at the break.
After Bilal Khnous made it 3-1, Demirović added his second of the afternoon and Stuttgart’s fourth on 65 minutes. Ibrahim Maza reduced the deficit for the hosts in the 79th minute, but Leverkusen could not avoid a home defeat.
The win lifts Stuttgart to 9 points and 10th place in the table, while Bayer Leverkusen remain on 13 points in sixth.
