Aviva: French Kitchen Brand Opens Its First Moroccan Showroom Near Rabat
French kitchen brand Aviva opens a 400 m² showroom in Aïn Atiq near Rabat. ARC Cuisine is considering a Casablanca site between 2027 and 2028.

Aviva Cuisines & Aménagements, the French home-fitting brand, has made its entry into Morocco with a 400-square-metre showroom in Aïn Atiq, in the Rabat area. The site brings together its three product lines: kitchens, wardrobes and bathroom storage.
The brand was founded in Annecy in 2000. In Morocco it is represented by ARC Cuisine, a venture launched by the Bouazzaoui family.
The range covers fitted kitchens in straight, L-shaped and island layouts, along with wardrobes, bathroom furniture and bookcases. Each project is configured to the size of the home, the customer’s preferences and their budget.
Inside the showroom, visitors can compare door fronts, materials and finishes before viewing their project in 3D with an adviser. Measurements are then taken at the customer’s home. The displays pair light and dark tones with wood and stone effects in layouts designed for everyday use.
ARC Cuisine states that the furniture sold in Morocco is manufactured and assembled in factories in Germany. Nobilia supplies the kitchens. The service covers design, home measurement, delivery and installation.
The company puts the indicative lead time at around three months once an order is finally confirmed. This depends on production and transport conditions.
A second location in Casablanca is under consideration for the 2027–2028 period. The Aïn Atiq showroom is located at 18 Douar Nouifat, Aïn Atiq, Témara, and can be reached on 05 37 74 95 91.
