Bank of Africa opens 2026 summer campaign for Moroccans abroad
Bank of Africa has launched its 2026 summer campaign for Moroccans living abroad with a cultural event in Agadir, combining entertainment, heritage promotion, and customer engagement as part of its annual outreach program.
The initiative forms part of the bank’s program, “Partout, le Maroc est en nous,” which is being deployed across Morocco and in several countries where Moroccan expatriates reside. The campaign aims to strengthen ties with Moroccans abroad through cultural activities and enhanced customer support during the summer season.
The launch event featured a performance by Moroccan singer Zina Daoudia, whose chaabi repertoire attracted a large audience in a family oriented atmosphere.
Mounir Jazouli, Bank of Africa’s central director for communication and institutional relations, said the gatherings are designed to create opportunities for exchange that go beyond traditional banking services. He noted that the events allow Moroccans living abroad to reconnect with elements of national heritage through music, crafts, gastronomy, and cultural traditions.
The bank plans to continue the campaign in the coming weeks with additional events in Tangier and Nador. The program will also include open house sessions, regional investment forums, and reception initiatives at key transit points used by Moroccans returning to the country.
Participants highlighted the practical benefits of the initiative. Abdelaziz Houays, who recently returned to settle in Morocco after several years in France, pointed to the support he received from the bank for his investment projects.
Hafida Bakrim, a Bank of Africa customer in France, praised the quality of service provided by the group’s teams and the close relationship maintained with Moroccans residing abroad.
Real estate entrepreneur Abdelmoula Boutabaa said customers can complete most financing related procedures from their country of residence before finalizing the remaining formalities in Morocco.
