Lacoste Eyewear names Adrien Brody global ambassador for 2026
Adrien Brody returns to Lacoste after 14 years to front Lacoste Eyewear’s spring-summer 2026 campaign. The Oscar-winning actor becomes the global ambassador for the brand’s eyewear collections in a campaign built around contemporary elegance, sporting heritage and clean design.
The relationship between Brody and Lacoste began in 2012, when he appeared in the brand’s “Unconventional Chic” campaign. He has remained connected to the French fashion house through regular appearances at Lacoste shows. His new role expands that relationship into a global partnership focused on eyewear.
Brody brings a creative profile that extends beyond cinema. His work as an actor, painter and music producer supports the independent image that Lacoste seeks to associate with its eyewear collections. He has won two Academy Awards for best actor, for Roman Polanski’s “The Pianist” and Brady Corbet’s “The Brutalist”. His performance in “The Brutalist” also earned several international distinctions.
For spring-summer 2026, Lacoste Eyewear combines streamlined shapes with technical details designed to balance comfort and sophistication. The campaign features a geometric sun frame with a bio-injection front and acetate temples. A finely engraved metal wire adds structure to the temples, while a metal crocodile provides a discreet reference to the brand.
The collection also includes the L4012 optical frame, which features a square shape, and the L6090S sunglasses, available in a transparent caramel shade. The latter model uses material transparency and a lightweight construction while retaining Lacoste’s visual codes.
Marchon Eyewear handles the production and distribution of Lacoste’s eyewear collections. The partnership focuses on wearable frames while placing greater attention on construction details and contemporary design.
Brody’s presence gives the campaign a profile that goes beyond celebrity endorsement. His association with cinema and the arts supports an image that connects Lacoste’s sporting heritage with a more urban and cultural approach to fashion.
The partnership also reflects Lacoste’s approach to personalities who can represent the brand beyond its tennis roots. For spring-summer 2026, Brody brings an international and cinematic dimension to Lacoste Eyewear while maintaining the restrained identity associated with the French house.
