BCP Group launches Bladi Tiqqa to support Moroccan seniors abroad
The Bladi Tiqqa service has been launched through a strategic partnership between BCP Group and Seniors Plus to provide dedicated support for Moroccans living abroad with family members aged 60 and over in Morocco. The initiative combines banking services with senior care solutions designed to promote independence, well-being, and quality of life.
The exclusive offer will be available to Moroccan expatriate customers of BCP Group. Developed by Seniors Plus, the solution will be implemented operationally by Maroc Assistance Internationale, the company’s long-standing assistance partner.
The partnership expands BCP Group’s long-term commitment to Moroccans living abroad by extending its services beyond traditional banking. It also combines the bank’s experience serving the Moroccan diaspora with Seniors Plus’ expertise in developing services tailored to older adults.
Bladi Tiqqa is built around three areas of support covering health and safety, active living, and daily assistance. The program includes activities in several Moroccan cities, home assistance services, administrative support, everyday help, and a concierge service available around the clock throughout the week.
The partners say the objective is to help older adults maintain their independence while giving family members abroad greater confidence that their relatives have access to reliable support in Morocco.
BCP Group contributes its nationwide distribution network and decades of experience serving Moroccans abroad. Seniors Plus provides its expertise in designing services for older adults, while Maroc Assistance Internationale is responsible for delivering and coordinating the operational deployment of the program.
Idriss Bensmail, Managing Director of Retail Banking at BCP Group, said the initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting Moroccans abroad beyond financial services by offering practical solutions for their families in Morocco.
Tarik Hajji, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seniors Plus, described the agreement as a major milestone for the company, saying it broadens access to Tiqqa for a community with growing demand for dedicated senior care solutions.
Abdelmalek Mouatadid, Managing Director of Maroc Assistance Internationale, said the partnership will rely on digitalized assistance services and a customer-focused approach to improve the experience for Moroccans living abroad and their families.
The three organizations said the partnership aims to strengthen access to innovative services that improve the long-term well-being of Moroccan seniors while addressing the needs of families living overseas.
