Casablanca children's book fair returns Nov. 21

Casablanca will host the fourth edition of the International Children’s and Youth Book Fair from Nov. 21 to 29, 2026, at Anfa Park, the organisers announced.

The event aims to encourage reading and strengthen the bond between younger generations and books, with literature for young readers at the centre of its programme.

Organisers confirmed the fair’s return through promotional posts on their official platforms, saying the new edition will include a varied programme of cultural activities, meetings and workshops. Full details of the programme have not yet been made public.

As part of the promotional campaign, organisers launched a countdown to the opening, announcing that 20 days remained before the fourth edition begins. They invited children, young people and families to take part.

Organisers said this edition is meant to give young readers a space to discover the world of books and take part in cultural and creative activities, with the aim of building a lasting reading habit and opening the new generation up to knowledge and literature.
