Vivo Energy Morocco achieves a hat-trick of awards in 2026
Vivo Energy Morocco, the company responsible for distributing and marketing Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in Morocco, along with Butagaz liquefied petroleum gas, marked the first half of 2026 with a series of major distinctions. The achievements confirm the company’s leading position in the Moroccan market.
Shell V-Power was named Product of the Year for the sixth consecutive year, while Shell Helix Ultra received the same recognition for the fourth year in a row. The verdicts were based on feedback from 3,000 Moroccan consumers and assessments from several industry juries.
The company also won the Customer Service of the Year Morocco 2026 award in the Motorist Services category. The label was awarded following mystery shopper tests conducted across multiple contact channels, including in-person, phone, and digital, measuring responsiveness, clarity of information, and the smoothness of the customer journey. Vivo Energy Morocco received this distinction in the ninth edition of the awards.
The Shell brand also took first place in the Love Brand ranking in the Energy and Fuels category at Imperiales Week 2026. The ranking was based on a survey of more than 4,800 consumers across six major cities, with a 95 percent confidence level, measuring emotional attachment to the brand beyond commercial performance alone.
Since its launch in Morocco, Shell V-Power has established itself as a reference for motorists, thanks to a formula designed to support engine performance and efficiency. Shell Helix Ultra relies on exclusive PurePlus technology, developed to protect engines over time and ensure optimal performance.
