Allali Group delivers first units of Tangerine Mansouria project

Allali Group has announced the delivery of the first units from the first phase of Tangerine Mansouria and the launch of the project’s final phase. The development is located in Mansouria, near Mohammedia, and combines residential units with local shops and professional spaces.

Developed across four phases, Tangerine Mansouria is designed as an integrated residential development. The project will offer studios and two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside local retail units and office spaces marketed under the Nexus Offices brand.

The project consists of gated and secured residential buildings with three floors above ground. The launch of the final phase marks the completion of the residential development and opens new acquisition opportunities in Mansouria.
