As Morocco accelerates preparations for the 2030 FIFA World Cup, NG9 Holding<\/strong> and Dar Alsalam Sport Management Company<\/strong> have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore joint investment opportunities in tourism, sports, hospitality, real estate, and marine infrastructure. The agreement reflects growing international interest in Morocco as the country expands its infrastructure and tourism capacity ahead of the global tournament.<\/p>\n

The memorandum of understanding was signed in Abu Dhabi and establishes a framework for cooperation between the UAE-based investment group and the Moroccan company, which operates under Dar Al Salam Group. Both organizations intend to identify and develop projects that benefit from the economic momentum generated by Morocco’s World Cup preparations.<\/p>\n

According to a joint statement, the partnership will focus on strategic sectors including tourism, hospitality, sports, real estate investment, and the management of marine assets and facilities. The companies aim to combine their expertise to support projects linked to Morocco’s expanding tourism industry and infrastructure development.<\/p>\n

The agreement comes as Morocco prepares to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup with Spain and Portugal. The tournament is expected to drive significant investment in transportation networks, stadiums, hotels, tourism services, and related infrastructure over the coming years.<\/p>\n

Alaa Al Ali, Group CEO of NG9 Holding, described the agreement as a key milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy. He said the partnership strengthens NG9 Holding’s presence through cooperation with organizations that have strong market knowledge and sector expertise. He added that the agreement is expected to create new joint projects while supporting the long-term growth objectives of both companies.<\/p>\n

Redouane Bouchemale, Managing Director of Dar Alsalam Sport Management Company, said the company contributes extensive experience in operating sports facilities, developing sports resorts, managing marinas, marine facilities and superyachts, and delivering major sports infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

Bouchemale said the partnership combines Dar Alsalam’s operational expertise with NG9 Holding’s investment capabilities, creating opportunities to develop innovative projects linked to major regional development initiatives and future economic growth.<\/p>\n
