The appointment comes as <strong data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"322\">Mohammed V Airport<\/strong> prepares for sustained growth in air traffic and a major transformation aimed at strengthening its position as Morocco\u2019s leading aviation hub.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"800\">Mohammed V Airport handles a significant share of the country&#8217;s air traffic and remains Morocco\u2019s primary gateway to international air transport networks. The leadership change marks a new phase in the airport\u2019s development as the National Airports Office moves forward with governance reforms under its long-term modernization plan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1235\">El Arbi Es-Sobaihi brings more than two decades of experience in airport operations. During his career at the National Airports Office, he managed terminal operations before leading the operations department at Mohammed V Airport. Since 2025, he has coordinated strategic activities across the airport\u2019s various departments. He also played a key role in several major projects, including the commissioning of Casablanca\u2019s Terminal 1.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1517\">In his new role, Es-Sobaihi will oversee the transformation of Morocco\u2019s largest airport. His responsibilities include improving operational performance, enhancing the passenger experience, and supporting the regional development objectives outlined in the Airports 2030 strategy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1766\">The airport\u2019s management will also focus on ensuring sustainable traffic growth while improving key performance indicators such as punctuality, passenger flow, customer service, operational coordination, safety, and overall passenger satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"2094\">The appointment comes as the National Airports Office accelerates investments to expand and modernize airport infrastructure in response to rising passenger demand.
