Participants will receive instruction in artificial intelligence, automation, sales techniques, and inventory management to help them meet evolving labor market demands.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"838\">The curriculum also includes soft skills development, practical bootcamps, and immersion in a professional work environment. Each participant will benefit from individual mentoring and continuous educational support throughout the program.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1113\">The initiative aims to ensure that at least 50 percent of participants secure employment or internships after completing the training.
