Stellantis Maroc and JLM Alumni have launched Digital Skills for Future<\/strong>, a training initiative designed to improve youth employability by equipping 120 participants with digital, professional, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

The Digital Skills for Future<\/strong> program will run over 12 months and provide 180 hours of training. Participants will receive instruction in artificial intelligence, automation, sales techniques, and inventory management to help them meet evolving labor market demands.<\/p>\n

The curriculum also includes soft skills development, practical bootcamps, and immersion in a professional work environment. Each participant will benefit from individual mentoring and continuous educational support throughout the program.<\/p>\n

The initiative aims to ensure that at least 50 percent of participants secure employment or internships after completing the training. Organizers have also set a target of achieving at least 30 percent female participation to encourage greater inclusion in digital careers.<\/p>\n

Hakim Semmami, director of communication and corporate social responsibility at Stellantis Maroc, said education and skills development are essential drivers of social transformation.<\/p>\n
