CFA Maroc has elected a new Board of Directors and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting responsible, high-performing, and sustainable governance following its Elective Ordinary General Assembly held on June 23, 2026.<\/p>\n

The meeting marked an important milestone for the organization, bringing together members to review the achievements of the past year, discuss future development priorities, and renew the association\u2019s governing bodies. During the assembly, members approved the 2025 financial statements along with the moral and financial reports before electing a new president and board members.<\/p>\n

The transition concludes a three-year mandate led by Samira Khamlichi and her Board of Directors. Members expressed their appreciation for the contribution of the outgoing leadership team, including Nawal Zine, Radia Chmanti Houari, Yasmini Triki, Shahrazade Bekkaye, Leila Haddaoui, Asmaa Lebbar, and Khaoula Ramdi.<\/p>\n

During this period, CFA Maroc strengthened its institutional visibility, established strategic partnerships, expanded its membership base, and organized or participated in numerous events focused on governance and leadership. The association also supported many women directors in gaining access to governance bodies and decision-making positions.<\/p>\n

Members also paid tribute to the founders of CFA Maroc, recognizing their role in building a community of women leaders dedicated to promoting effective, responsible, and sustainable governance. Their efforts helped reinforce the belief that gender diversity within governance structures contributes to organizational performance and value creation.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the assembly, members elected a new Board of Directors chaired by Leila Haddaoui. The new board includes Najoua Bensouda, Amina Daoudi, Fatima Zohra El Ouerkhaoui, Fadwa Housni, Kawtar Johrati, Hind Lfal, Bouchra Qermane, and Khaoula Ramdi.<\/p>\n

The newly elected board has pledged to build on the achievements of previous administrations while pursuing new opportunities to expand the association\u2019s influence and impact.
