Royal Air Maroc expands Houston flights for Morocco supporters

Royal Air Maroc has stepped up its support for Moroccan football fans following the national team’s qualification for the Round of 16 at the FIFA World Cup. The airline announced a new airlift operation to help supporters travel to Houston, Texas, where Morocco will face Canada on July 4.

After transporting thousands of fans during the group stage and previous knockout matches, Royal Air Maroc is extending its mobilization efforts to meet growing demand from supporters eager to follow the Atlas Lions in the next phase of the tournament.

As the official carrier of Morocco’s national football team, Royal Air Maroc praised the team’s victory over the Netherlands and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting both the players and their fans. The airline said Morocco’s latest success places the country among the world’s leading football nations and has generated strong national enthusiasm.

To facilitate travel, the company has arranged a special flight program between Casablanca and Houston. A total of 12 direct flights will operate between the two cities, providing more than 3,000 seats for supporters. The operation also marks the first time Royal Air Maroc will serve Houston.

Round-trip economy class tickets are being offered at a fixed fare of 10,000 Moroccan dirhams, including taxes. The tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Ticket sales opened on July 1 through Royal Air Maroc’s commercial agencies across Morocco and through the airline’s dedicated online portal for supporters.
